Billing & Invoice Reports
Track invoiced amounts, outstanding balances, and payment history across clients
Once you start invoicing through TimeTracker, you'll want to track how much you've billed, how much is outstanding, and how payments are coming in. These reports give you that financial visibility without switching to your accounting software.
Available Reports
- Accounts Receivable — Shows all outstanding (unpaid) invoice balances by client, organized by aging buckets (current, 30 days, 60 days, 90+ days). This is your essential collections report — run it monthly to see who owes what and how overdue they are.
- Invoice Summary — Lists all invoices for a period with amounts, payments received, and balance due. Useful for a bird's-eye view of billing activity.
- Payment Details — Shows all recorded payments with dates, amounts, and payment methods. Use this to reconcile payments with your bank statements.
- Client Income — Total invoiced revenue broken down by client for a given period. Helps you see which clients generate the most revenue.
