Mobile: The Time Card Screen

How the home screen works when your account is set to Time Card mode

When your account uses Time Cards, the app opens directly to the Time Card screen. There is no Dashboard in this mode. The Time Card screen is designed for simple clock-in and clock-out tracking.

What You See

  • Today's date (for example, "Monday, May 11") at the top.
  • A large clock display showing your current elapsed time for the day (0:00:00 if you have not clocked in yet).
  • A summary bar with three columns: Today - Paid, Today - Unpaid, and This Week Paid. These update in real time as you work.
  • Entry fields: Worker (your name, pre-filled), Client - Project, Service, Billable checkbox, Include in Invoice checkbox, Billable Type (Standard or Overtime), and Hourly Rate with an optional Override Rate.
  • Two action buttons at the bottom: Clock In (green) and Take a Break (orange).
