The TimeTracker iOS app lets you track time, manage timesheets, and view schedules from your iPhone or iPad. Everything syncs with the web version, so entries you make on your phone appear on your desktop and vice versa.

Installing the App

  1. Open the App Store on your iOS device.
  2. Search for "eBillity TimeTracker" or "Time Tracker by eBillity".
  3. Tap Download/Install.
  4. Open the app and log in with your TimeTracker credentials.

Key Features

  • Timer — Start, pause, and stop a timer from your phone. The timer runs in the background even when you switch to other apps.
  • Quick Time Entry — Add a completed time entry with date, client, project, activity, and hours.
  • Timesheet View — View and edit your weekly timesheet on the go.
  • GPS Clock-In — If GPS tracking is enabled by your admin, your location is recorded when you start or stop a timer.
  • Push Notifications — Receive reminders for unfilled timesheets, schedule changes, and approval updates.
  • Expense Entry — Log expenses and snap receipt photos directly from your camera. (Premium & LawBillity tiers)

Tips

  • Enable location services if your company uses GPS tracking — the app needs this permission to record your clock-in location.
  • Enable push notifications so you don't miss timesheet reminders or approval status changes.
  • The app works offline for basic time entry. Entries sync when you're back online.
